First visit to this Wetherspoons in Cheltenham. Ordered a traditional steak and kidney meal with a pint. Food arrived, no gravy, requested a little jar to acommpany my meal, to the waitress..... 20 minutes later still awaiting, ate my food otherwise it would be cold! Poor show! No attention to detail. I was sitting at table 51 in this establishmentI. I also spoke with the manager, Jake. What a gentlemen, he understood and refunded my meal for the inconvenience. Top manager, he understands, customer service. Thanks Jake

I was visiting family and we went here for a few drinks. Atmosphere was good and the bar staff were efficient and friendly. The only reason I give it 3 stars was they wouldn't accept my Scottish £20 note, saying they had a lot of counterfeit ones recently. It's legal tender guys... and get a machine to check for counterfeit notes. English ones can be counterfeit as well...

We came in tonight was served by a bar tender the manger Jack then said to him to I’d a lady we had already been served before hand this was our second round of drinks by the same server! After paying he had to refund me my money and was very rude!!

It's a wetherspoons, you get what you expect! Cheap food, fine for what it is - decent selection of beers at a very good price, atmosphere is generally fine. Decor is busy and toilets are a bit of a trek, as expected to be fair! Can't park anywhere close as it's bang in the town centre.

Great place to stop and use the loo and keep warm while waiting for the 41 bus..... will be great pity when Mr Weatherspoon closes it...
